Meet Pete Ferguson
Peter Ferguson has spent nearly 25 years working as a people empowerment specialist, non-profit executive, program coordinator, experience organizer and community stakeholder.
Ferguson has made substantial contributions to the development of numerous successful programs including youth and adult leadership development, diversity & inclusion, cultural proficiency, athletic programs, board development/relationship and personal and professional relationship and development.
He is an often-requested speaker and effective group facilitator. Ferguson is masterful engaging his audience during presentations regardless of age and or position.
Within each presentation, audience members varying from elementary school students to CEOs, are inspired, educated and entertained. His interactive presentations challenge participants and provide immediate and long-term takeaways contributing to a personal and collective blueprint through self-evaluation and reflection.
Valuing and immersed in the education profession, he continues to be a lifelong learner in every positive sense of the word. He has been acknowledged by the Lincoln Journal Star as one of the 30 "Most Influential Men" in the community. Ferguson is the recipient of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Rev. Ferguson is married to his wife, Stephanie, and the proud father of their daughter, Jaden. Due to his shoe collection/addiction, he has been dubbed by his friends the male Imelda Marcos. He is also a gas station mocha drink connoisseur.
